Luke and Belinda Jones commenced their business with Jones Forest Management in 2007 operating as a harvest contractor in Tasmania. In 2012 the family relocated to Queensland to undertake harvesting in the Hinchinbrook area for the largest timber plantation grower in North Queensland.
Opportunities evolved and Jones Group diversified and now offers a versatile business providing a variety of services.

All staff at Jones Group have access to the safety and management systems as well as required operation, plant and equipment information.
Jones Group have also been developing in conjunction with Kynection, a fully integrated management system for the total business – Management, Safety, Compliance, Scheduling etc.
Jones Group is managed by Luke Jones with some 30 years’ of experience within the Timber Industry through Haulage, Harvesting and Silviculture.
